Emphasizing that Golf Dondurma meticulously observes the legal criteria for definitions such as \u201cice cream\u201d and \u201csorbet,\u201d and bears the responsibility of clearly stating the legal classifications of products on its packaging, Ezgi Er\u00f6z said: \u201cAccording to the Turkish Food Codex, for a product to be called \u201cice cream,\u201d there are important criteria such as the protein coming from milk and the milk dry matter being a minimum of 10 percent, while for a product to be defined as \u201csorbet,\u201d it must contain at least 25 percent fruit.
