Information Society Services: In accordance with legal regulations regarding regulated capital companies, our website provides information society services by directing users to a central database service provider (MTHS), and the personal data of our board members is displayed on that page.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

What are your rights as a Data Subject under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law?

The rights of natural persons whose personal data is processed are as follows, in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law:;

Applications must include the applicant's name, surname, and signature (if the application is in writing), Turkish Republic identity number for Turkish citizens, nationality, passport number/identity number for foreigners, residential or business address for notification purposes, email address (if any), telephone or fax number, and the subject of the request.
