Golf Ice Cream with Zero Waste Banana Peel Cup

Preparation Time: 15 minutes, Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes, Serving Size: 2-3 people

Materials

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 teacup of oats
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Baking soda powder

How to make it

  1. Wash one banana under running water using a vegetable brush.
  2. Soak the banana in baking soda water for 30-15 minutes.
  3. Next, peel the bananas and cut them into very thin cubes.
  4. Cook half of the banana peels with lemon juice and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
  5. For the topping: Add slivered almonds to 1 tablespoon of butter and bake in the oven.
  6. Bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes and serve with Golf ice cream.
