Golf Maraşım's recipe for Semolina Halva with Ice Cream and Pistachios:

Materials

-1 cup of semolina

- 1 cup of powdered sugar

- 1 glass of water (200 ml)

- 1 glass of milk (200 ml)

- 1 cup of powdered pistachios

- 50 grams of butter

- Half a teacup of vegetable oil (60 ml)

For service;

-Golf Maraş ice cream

Preparation

1- In a medium saucepan, combine water, milk, and sugar. Heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved, but be careful not to let it boil.

2. In a separate pan, melt the butter and vegetable oil. Add the semolina and sauté over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.

3- Add the pistachios and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

4- Finally, add the syrup we prepared to the roasted semolina.

5- Stirring constantly, cook until the semolina absorbs all the syrup. Once the halva reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let it rest.
