Tiramisu with Matcha Ice Cream
Materials
12-ball Golf Royal Gourmet Ice Cream
16 ladyfinger biscuits
To moisten the biscuits;
5 g matcha powder
1 glass of lukewarm water (200 ml)
For the cream:;
200 ml cream (cold)
100 g labneh cheese
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation
First, whisk the cold liquid cream in a mixing bowl until it becomes fluffy.
Add the labneh cheese and powdered sugar and whisk again.
In a separate bowl, add warm water to the matcha powder and whisk with a frother.
Dip the ladyfinger biscuits in matcha and arrange them in the dish where you will prepare the dessert.
Let's add Golf Royal Gourmet Ice Cream and spread it evenly.
Spread the cream we prepared over the ice cream.
Let's layer the biscuits again, soaked in the matcha mixture, then add ice cream and whipped cream.
After letting it sit in the freezer for 1-2 hours, decorate the top of our dessert with matcha powder.
Slice and serve as desired. Enjoy!
