In order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, primarily the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, and to determine the obligations of natural and legal persons processing personal data, we would like to inform you in our capacity as Data Controller pursuant to Article 10 of the Law titled ’Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform“ regarding the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the ”PDPL“) published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677, as “Natura Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi“ (hereinafter referred to as “Natura A.Ş.”).

Natura A.Ş. shows utmost sensitivity to the security of personal data. With this awareness, we process the personal data of personal data owners through our website at https://www.golfdondurma.com.tr/ in the manner described below and within the limits mandated by legislation.

Definitions

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by our Company and the commercial activities of our Company; however, it may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automated or non-automated methods, through all contracts/information forms and other documents arranged with your consent and/or signature, through our Company's units and departments, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. The collected personal data, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the PDPL and within the scope of the Personal Data Processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL,

Management of Career Application Processes: Candidate employee data is processed in job application and candidate evaluation processes for the purpose of planning and executing Natura A.Ş.’s human resources policies and processes. Consumer Advisory Center and Communication: The data of persons who contact us is processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units and executing the relevant business processes to enable relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by Natura A.Ş., customizing the products and services offered by Natura A.Ş. according to the preferences, usage habits and needs of relevant persons, and ensuring security.

About Us, Advertisements, Recipes and E-Newsletter Subscription: Personal data is processed for the purposes of planning and executing the activities necessary for recommending and introducing our products to relevant persons, carrying out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities conducted by Natura A.Ş. and executing the related business processes, and planning and executing business strategies.

Information Society Services: A referral is made to the central database service provider (MTHS) in the field of information society services included on our site in accordance with the legal regulations regarding audited joint stock companies, and the personal data of our board members is included on the relevant page.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Our priority is to protect the privacy of your personal data collected by Natura A.Ş. and to refrain from transferring it to third parties and institutions.

If you contact us via e-mail, we hereby inform you that our e-mail servers are located abroad and that we will deem you to have given your explicit consent for the transfer of data abroad pursuant to Article 9 of the PDPL until a safe country list is declared by the Personal Data Protection Authority or until any legal change occurs.

Our subcontractors with whom we work and who provide the necessary security commitment may need access to personal data. They may not use your personal data for any purposes other than those specified in this Text. We may be required to transfer or disclose records containing personal data in order to fulfill the requests of official authorities and external auditors in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data

Management of Career Application Processes: We accept candidate applications through kariyer.net. The website redirects to kariyer.net for this purpose. In addition, CVs submitted to our corporate e-mail addresses or delivered in person to our relevant departments may also be evaluated for open positions. While processing personal data in this process, we rely on the legal basis set out in Article 5(2)(c) of the PDPL: “c) It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”

Consumer Advisory Center and Communication: It will be collected by contacting us through the communication channels provided on the website. Our phone calls will be recorded.

If you fill out the contact form on the website, the form will be saved to the website interface and forwarded to the e-mail addresses of our relevant departments. While processing personal data in this process, we rely on the legal basis stated in Article 5(2)(e) of the KVKK Law: “e) Data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right”.

About Us, Advertisements, Recipes, and E-Newsletter Subscription: Personal data is processed for the purpose of planning and executing activities required for recommending and introducing our products to relevant individuals, carrying out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities conducted by Natura A.Ş. and managing the related business processes, as well as planning and executing business strategies. The personal data used in this process mostly belongs to our employees,
our partners and celebrities referred to us by agencies.

When photographs and video footage are taken and news and promotional content is created, the necessary consents and permissions are obtained from the relevant individuals, and contracts regarding the transfer of intellectual rights are signed. You may subscribe to our lists from the e-newsletter subscription section in accordance with your consent. Information Society Services: The personal data on the page linked from the information society services section of our website is obtained from our official commercial records and national trade registry records. In this process, we rely on the legal basis stated in Article 5(2)(ç) of the KVKK Law: “ç) Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”.

What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject Listed Under Article 11 of the KVKK Law?

The rights held by natural persons whose personal data is processed, pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK Law, are as follows;

  • Learning whether personal data has been processed,
  • Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and requesting that the transaction carried out in this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK Law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the transaction carried out in this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by means of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Requesting compensation for damages in the event of suffering a loss due to personal data being processed unlawfully. you have the right.

You may submit your applications regarding the rights listed above, containing the necessary information to identify your identity and your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise among the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK Law, in person with identity-verifying documents to the address “Mahmutbey Mah. Our company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within at most thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by us.

Applications must be made in Turkish. Applications must include the applicant's first name, last name, and signature if the application is written, T.R. identification number for Turkish Republic citizens, nationality and passport number/identification number for foreigners, residential or workplace address for notification purposes, e-mail address for notification purposes if available, phone or fax number, and the subject of the request. In the application made by the personal data owner to exercise the rights stated above, it is required that the matter requested be clear and understandable, that the subject requested be related to the applicant personally or, if acting on behalf of another, that the applicant be specifically authorized in this regard and document their authorization, that the application include identity and address information, and that identity-verifying documents be attached to the application.

We hereby notify as the “data controller” within the scope of the KVKK Law.
