Technical Information Regarding Product Weight Update

From a Food Engineering and R&D Perspective
All our Golf Bravo varieties are produced in 100mL 76g packaging; this update only applies to the Golf Bravo White product. The net weight of our Golf Bravo White variety has been updated to 100 mL / 76 g (previous net weight: 80 g) as a result of controlled formulation and production optimization studies.

This change made to our Bravo White product was implemented not only to maintain product quality but also to ensure standardization across all Bravo products throughout the production line, using a single mold and production parameters.
The goal is to ensure consistency in efficiency and quality control processes by working with the same production standard, the same mold, and the same production speed across all varieties.

🌿 Sustainability and Production Optimization
With this update:
• Production line efficiency has been increased, and machine changeover times between different models have been shortened.
• Sustainable production goals have been achieved by optimizing raw material and energy usage.
• Standardization in packaging and logistics chains has been facilitated.
• This difference does not negatively impact sensory quality or consumer experience; in fact, it leads to improvements in some areas.

💧According to the Ice Cream Regulations, the water content is:;
• The water component in the product is a natural ingredient that does not need to be separately indicated in terms of percentage according to the Turkish Food Codex Labeling Regulation.
